The date Nov. 16, 2011 was a confusing one for fans of Justin Bieber looking to follow the paternity suit filed against him by a 20-year-old California woman. On that date it was learned that Mariah Yeater's suit was dropped and her original lawyers are no longer representing her and yet the controversy is not over.
Yes those two California lawyers Yeater first hired and who filed the paternity suit on her behalf against Bieber are no longer with her, but a somewhat renown Chicago lawyer, Jeffrey Leving, is with her. It is uncertain to what end he's representing her, though reports have it that while there is no longer a paternity suit filed, Leving wants Bieber to take a DNA test regardless.
